Day 5 of GFDF

Breakfast

  • Almond Milk & OJ
  • Potatoes
  • sausage
  • onion
  • egg

 

Lunch

  • Chicken
  • Salad
  • Chips

 

Dinner:

  • Cubed steaks w/onions
  • asparagus
  • rice

 

Snacks:

  • almonds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • freeze pops
  • fruit spring rolls

 

Noticing the almonds and pumpkin seeds are sitting in my stomach.  Doesn’t feel well.
