Day 4 of GFDF

Breakfast:

  • Almond Milk & OJ
  • Rice cooked w/
    • Almond milk
    • raisins
    • brown sugar
    • vanilla

This tasted great!

 

Lunch:

  • Salad w/ tuna

 

Dinner:

  • Thai Curry w/Pork

 

Snacks:

  • almonds and pumpkin seeds

 

I did make a boo-boo tonight.  I was making mac and cheese for the kids and as always popped a pasta in my mouth to check for done-ness.  I realized instantly and spit it out.  shame, shame…
