Day 3 of GFDF

Breakfast : 
  • Almond Milk
  • Orange Juice
  • Potatoes w/egg
Lunch:
  • Chicken w/salad (spinach, romaine, banana peppers, raisins, tomatoes)
  • chips
Dinner:
  • Rice w/ spinach, hotdogs and onions
  • Subway grilled chicken salad w/ dressing from home
Snacks:
  • pumpkin seeds, almonds

We ended up going to Subway after dance because the pancakes the family had was not filling.  It was pretty easy to order from here due to previous research into the allergen list of fast foods.  Next time I would love to order the roast beef and probably she ask them to change their gloves.
